Ordering Online
Ordering online is by far the quickest and most secure method. Our website is purpose-built to enable fast, safe ordering. On any product page, just click Add to Cart . When ready, look for MY CART in the right hand column of any product page, or at the very top of any page. Click My Cart , View Cart or Checkout to proceed. Fill out the secure form with your billing and shipping information. Your order will be processed and confirmed immediately. [UPS tracking information is included in our confirmation].
Important notice to customers ordering books for shipping outside of the U.S:
Industrial Press is RESTRICTED from shipping books to customers in countries where we have exclusive sales agreements with local distributors. Therefore, Industrial Press may not be able to process your order if you order online. Please review our International Orders information, below.

- For orders up to $24.99: $5.00
- For orders from $25 to $50: $6.00
- For orders from $50 to $99.99: $7.00
- For orders from $100 to $199.99: $9.00
- For order from $200 and over: $11.00

- 3-Day Select: $15.00 in addition to standard shipping rates.

Shipping Notes
- Shipping rates are for destinations within the continental United States only. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, or elsewhere will incur additional charges. The correct shipping rate is automatically added at checkout for Online Orders.
- Orders to Hawaii or Alaska must be sent UPS 2nd Day Air.
- All Orders received by 11:00 AM are shipped out that same business day
- All Orders received after 11:00 AM are shipped out the next business day
- Orders to a P.O. box cannot be delivered.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Industrial Press welcomes returns for replacement due to manufacturing flaws or shipping damage. A completed Return Authorization (RA) form as given below is required.
Books purchased from Industrial Press may be returned for refund within 60 days. The clock begins on the day you receive the book from Industrial Press. A returned book must arrive at Industrial Press no later than the 60th day. Books must be in original (new) condition. Books with dog-eared, smudged, soiled or folded pages, covers or spines, or with notation(s) and/or signature(s) in any location cannot be returned.
Please included a completed RA form, noting your reason for return.

Industrial Press does not pay return shipping. However, replacements are usually shipped free. We recommend using USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail or UPS for returns. Please ship returns, including a copy of the RA form to:
