• Complete shipping address (and billing address, if different)
• Name and telephone (or e-mail address) of contact person
• Include payment method:
1.Credit card number, name on card, and expiration date
2.Purchase order number and your Industrial Press account number
• Fax it to us at: (212) 545-8327

• Author, Title, ISBN (if available), and Quantity
• Complete shipping address (and billing address, if different)
• Name and telephone (or e-mail address) of contact person

Important notice to customers ordering books for shipping outside of the US:
